Afraid this is all my fault, I've been taunting the poor thing with my ecig on webcam for a few days now

Gone from a 16 year 20 a day habit to just my ecig and Im very happy, except for a sore throat and more conjestion than I'm used to.

The sore throat and other PG reactions generally dissipate in a week or so. I had the same reactions myself and then one day out of nowhere no more problems... part of it is your body getting rid of all of the **** that cigarettes put in there, and part of it is your body getting used to the new stuff. For me it was less of the **** and more of the latter. More hardcore smokers generally have a longer/harder time adjusting.
