ive been smoking cigarettes for almost 17 years now and my hope is so stop using the electronic cigarette.

i started vaping 3 days ago, and havent smoke a cigarette since.

looking forward to the support and advice on this forum

ive a manual pass through battery with an evod clearomiser.

currently using the menthol e juice, which is quite nice

From my personal experience, the first 5 days are the hardest, and the after the first 3 weeks you'll probably have no desire to smoke again. I tried a normal cig after about 3-4 weeks and I found the taste horrible, I couldn't smoke all of it.
So, be strong, you're almost there!
And, of course, congratulations!!!

i feel my body is a bit stronger in the sense that this morning when i walked up the stairs at work, i wasnt out of breath LOL YAAAY

also, i used to smoke about 2 analogues on my way to work

thanks for the motivation

i really made up my mind to stop analogues.

now that i havent had one for 3 days, the smell is horrendous!!

i cant believe i used to smell like that after an analogue

congrats! you should look into getting a RBA (rebuildable atomizer). RBA will save alot of money!
