Hi there,
After surfing this forum for a while, I decided to join. You will probably hear from me (questions or comments) in other threads...
So! I received my kit 2 weeks ago and have been analog-free for 10 entire days now. Considering the fact that I have been smoking for 30 years, between 1-2 packs (30 cigarettes per day at least), this is for me a real miracle. I did not do it for money reasons; it's the caughing that started to be pretty disturbing (and even scary) as it got to the point where it woke me up every night and several times during the night.
Now the caugh is gone, it has not been difficult to quit (I also drink lots of water during the day), I have been able to run more and longer every morning without the need to stop to catch my breath, as it still was two weeks ago. Amazing!
That will be it for now I guess.

Welcome to ECF! I'm so glad this is working for you! I fully understand the coughing part of smoking.

I've been at it since last Saturday and I love vape'ing. I was at a friends house who smoke analogs, so I tried to smoke a real Camel, and it tasted terrible. It was like smoking cotton, and the smoke production was nothing compared to my Ego. I too, had a terrible cough and now it's gone, I can breathe better and I never feel like crap.
