Hello All,

Thought it is time to drop a line to everyone here. Site has been(still is) very informative I have been a stealth reader for the past six weeks or so and good tons of info from here tho some threads are 200+ pages long ( i read very page.

Anyway, i purchase an M401 on 9th July since i cant find a 510 i read so much about and completely quit the analogs 4 days later. Manage to find a 510 on 24th July and a Riva on 7th Aug. Havent been using the 401 since

The 510/Riva rocks with an LR atomizer tho not much diff between 1.5 and 2.0 ohm. With 2.0 cartomizer are great but they burnout pretty fast.

Quick question, i would like to ask if any1 have the problem with harsh tougue and upper mouth feelings after they vape?

Congrats, and yah I think everyone the sore tongue and month thing at first, Just drink lots of water.

Hi Will, welcome to ECF!

I think the harsh tongue is something we all went through. Make sure you aren't holding your tongue right in front of where the vapor comes into your mouth. Also make sure you aren't aiming the vapor at the roof of your mouth. As Brad said, drink a lot of water.

I think the harsh tongue is something we all went through. Make sure you aren't holding your tongue right in front of where the vapor comes into your mouth. Also make sure you aren't aiming the vapor at the roof of your mouth. As Brad said, drink a lot of water.

Same here and same advice...I also started using Biotene toothpaste and mouth rinse, it is specifically made for people who have dry, irritated mouth

Thanks for the warm welcome . Even after more then a month of usage?
Is it something to do with the e liquid. I use DK USA Mix 18mg, tastes horrible on the 2.2/2.4ohm atomizer or 2.0ohm carto, tastes better only on the 1.5 or 2 ohm atomizer. All with 510 or Riva

There is a Complete Library of information here by the pioneering Veterans and many Newcomers whom have switched to a totally "Breathe of Fresh Air' by Vaping! We all have experienced some form of physical discomfort getting off the analogs by substituting them with Vaping. For me, I drink a carbonated natural lemon flavored mineral water which has kept me from dehydration due to heavy vaping while helping me detoxify all the so-called FDA Approved chemicals(over 4,000 of them) in regular cigs! Sure glad I found vaping and this wonderful forum "ECF" to replace that expensive and deadly habit of smoking cigarettes!

Hello wwyf. Only been vaping for four weeks myself and yea harsh tongue and dry mouth has been common for me also. I just take everyone's advice and drink a lot of fluids. Good luck.

I'm drinking lots of water but still gets the harsh tongue/month after 6 weeks...mmm maybe i'm overdoing it a little atm. Anyway, i do notice i don't get the smoker's cough anymore after a week of vaping. Little price to pay for better health..imo

Will be vaping on!!
