Hi everyone. I've been reading and studying this forum for a few months and had to join if for no other reason than to just say THANK YOU so much to all of those that have helped me over the last few months.

I received my Prodigy V3 from Puresmoker on May 14th and haven't touched an analog since. I was a 30 year smoker who had tried to quit so many times...... Yeah!

I use my prodigy at 6 volts most of the time and love the combo of Boge hi-res cartos along with hi-res Joye 510 debridged atty's on a six volt setup. I started with 3.2V and still use it for some juices but I have found little that I don't like better at 6volts.

All my juice is DIY and mostly VG at this time. I'm using PA and FA flavors and have been having a blast making good juices, and some bad. (Some very bad) I think I actually perfected skunk once too after going a little to heavy on the mocha. Please don't ask me for that recipe.....

Anyway, hi and nice to meet you all.

I'm laughing hard here. Thanks for the welcome. Yeah, I'm not kidding. My wife came down and asked me if I smelled skunk. Not one of my more triumphant juices. My oldest son Tom is the one who set me up with the prodigy. He vapes too and had been trying to get me off analogs for some time. I finally just told him to set me up. He did good.

Who in their right mind would want to vape skunk juice?

When I was active in the pipesmoking community there was a blend called "Mixture 79". I tried it. After smoking a bit of that, I would have welcomed Skunk Juice just to chase away the taste.

I'm not sure this fits the criteria of the question though because I'm not convinced that anyone could qualify as being in their right mind soon after tasting that stuff. (Yes, I knew it was vile going in - it was sort of a rite of passage tho.)

Hi Snoopy,
I'm new too. Like you I smoked foreeeeeeeever. Started when I was 13 and am now 48. I was diagnosed with COPD a month ago so I had to do something and fast. I started vaping and the next day had my last cigarette. I never thought anything could make it easy but it sure has been a life saver. As everyone who has ever been addicted to nicotine knows, it's not easy to give it up and when your stressed you want it even more. This way I can have it and it's not killing me. My husband of 19 yrs has been in the military our entire marriage so that's where most of my stress comes from. Last year I had to leave both my daughters and 2 grand daughters in Georgia and move all the way to Missouri because that is where my husband got orders to. :( I'm just happy I found a alternative. :vapor:

Hi jesysgrl, thank you for the welcome, and welcome to the forum! I'm glad you got off the analogs. Please take care of yourself and I mean this with all sincerity..... Thank your husband for serving our country and helping to preserve our freedom. And thank you too for your sacrifices to make those efforts possible. I can only imagine how difficult it has been for you.

Keep on vaping!
