Hey All,

I am new to the forums, and relatively new to Ecigs in general.

I purchased a 510(150mAh) about half a year ago, and although it has helped me cut down on the amount of cigarettes I smoke(down to about 3 - 5 a day), I stil cannot quit altogether. I think I can quit eventually, but not with the ecig hardware I have right now(2 batteries, 1 charger, and only 4 working cartridges left).

I recently purchased a vv 900mAh battery, and a 3.5ml clear giant cartomizer from HealthCabin(still waiting for it to arrive).

I have looked at some of the reviews for the stuff I have purchased, but I would like to get an opinion from some of the users on here as to whether those are a good battery/cartomizer.

A larger battery will make things easier. Is that an ego style battery? And what ohm cartomizer? Maybe you could just post a link to each?
Also, you got a charger, too, right? This will NOT be something the 150 charger can be used with.

VV and 900mah batteries , sounds like those might be the 14500s.
You do want some spares of the batteries and rotate them thru a charger.
The higher mah batteries will surprise you compared to the ones you been useing.

Welcome Mr.Sandman the longer life batteries 280mah are great,cartomizers my choices are Boge and Kanger horizontal. I use smoktech in my tanks,I am fairly new to the forum myself and there is a bit of a learning curve.

I will just post the links(lol, I think they just ran out where I bought it, it is no longer showing the page, but saying they have run out : 650mAh V. V. Thanks for the info, right now I was only able to afford the one battery, charger, and cartomizer. I realize I should have spares of everything, especially the cartomizer. I will probably be picking more of spares, and alot more ejuice within the next month, but I might wait until I first try the 900mah and clear giant cartomizer before going on a shopping spree. I am really hoping the battery suprises me, I also hope I chose the right cartomizer.

Thanks for the welcome. You have any links for those, I am familiar with boge, but not kanger. The last week I have been learning a bit about the brands but I still am a bit lost myself.

I have not tried the particular products that you posted links too, so I can't say whether they are good quality or not, but with a 900 mah battery you will get long battery life. I would still recommend at least two batteries though, regardless of battery life.

Also I hope you ordered more than one cartomizer because you will need more than that, especially if you are ordering from china. Always buy cartos in bulk because they disposable by nature.

Okay, charger is right for the battery and the cartomizer is sorta a taste thing. I like a lower ohm carto - like the 1.7 smoketechs or 1.5 boge on the lower ego setting BUT the one you got should be okay (taste wise!) with the higher volts setting on that ego. Looks like you have successfully managed to upgrade yourself! Now, you can stalk your mail man!
It's quite a nice upgrade from where you are right now, hardware wise!

Thanks for the advice. I am glad the battery life seems up to par.

I realize that cartos/attys are disposable, but I simply couldn't afford it at the time. Like I said in an earlier post though, I am going to be ordering more supplies within the month, I also want to make sure that this cartomizer is my style before I purchase a bundle of em.

Oh, and by the way, Mr. SandMan, I really hate this insomnia! You seem like a nice guy, what's the deal with me being wide awake a 2am every day?!

That is half the reason why I didn't buy a ton of cartos, I need to see if this is my style, but regardless I know I am going to insert foot in mouth when/if the carto breaks while ordering more haha.

Glad to hear I made a good upgrade, and I will definitley be stalking my mail haha

EDIT - lol, I just like playing jokes on random people, it's not my fault they were labeled insomniacs haha You just happen to be one of the people I cursed. lol In all honesty though I never sleep either, up until 4am everynight or morning lol
