Hello everyone, obviously I am new here.
I just started with the electronic cigarette about two weeks ago. I still smoke a few tobacco cigs a day, but the e- cig is so far doing the trick for me. I thought participating here would help me do this correctly, and understand what the correct way is.
I have been using the Green Smoke brand (please comment on this as it is my first and have nothing but n-joy disposable to compare it to).
So far I have noticed that I have more bloating and heartburn than I did with the regular cigs. ( I have celiac disease), not sure if it is related...
I have also felt a little "junkier" in the lugs and a slightly more irritated throat since switching.
I hope these things are normal, I assume they are.
I decided on green smoke because everyone says they have great customer service and that they produce a good amount of vapor, and are pretty clean with the ingredients , so far that seems to be true.

so, trying not to ramble...
hello and ... any pointers??

Welcome to ECF!! Congrats on switching. The irritation in the throat is a common thing at first - some users have a sensitivity to the PG in the liquid, but it usually fades with time. There's a lot of good info on here...all you have to do is ask (or listen lol).

Cheers

Welcome aboard, I'm new to the e-cig world too, had a gas station "cheapo" kit that was no good at all. Picked up a nice ego-c yesterday and only had one minor blip this evening leaving the bowling alley. Bummed a cig but only took a few puffs and put it out, was really only needing the quick fix that I've noticed the e-cig doesn't quite give me. So far 33 hours without the real deal (albeit a few puffs) and still going strong!

Good luck to you and read, read, read. This forum has TONS of info. Make sure to stay well hydrated and happy vaping! :vapor:

Hi, jagerlager! When I made the switch, I tapered off of analogs (cigs) for two weeks before completely switching. I think everyone is different and makes the switch in different ways. Whatever works for you is the correct way. I agree with Los Marauder, Green Smoke is a reputable brand but expensive. Someone has most likely used Green Smoke and can specifically tell you where to go and which carts you will need to make it less expensive. Good luck to you!

Hello!
I am new to e-cigarettes and forums. This is my first time in a forum. I'm wondering if someone could help me.

I want to purchase from gotvapes, but I want to ask a couple of questions first. They tell you to go to their forum and ask there. I went but don't know how to start a thread or enter a thread.

I like their ego pass through kit, but don't want to use my computer. I want to use a wall outlet instead. However, I don't know if one they sell will work.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I would appreciate the help.

Hello, and welcome! Congrats on switching to a much, much healthier habit. My pointer is going to be this...

Explore the world of e-cigs some more. Maybe consider an E-Go mod or a Variable Voltage mod in the future? Once you crack open that door, it gets more fun, than purchase menthol cartridges that taste the same. Now you can order some exotic flavors to try and whatnot. Make the hobby more fun!

Also... Arizona Green Tea. Amazing, I carry a 1 gal jug around all day, and I nearly drink the whole damned thing in a day. Helps counter the throat hit and the effects of PG.
