Hello ECF
i am smoker for 20 yrs. Looking for ways to quit

I would recommend a vamo mod, some nicotine liquid, some cartomizers, batteries, a charger, and a drip tip. I would recommend starting around 6 watts and working up depending on how much you smoke. Also I noticed some withdrawal from the additives even though I was getting as much or greater nicotine than I would get from cigarettes. Also wash your face, hands and brush your teeth after smoking, pick up the vamo and try to stop smoking again. Don't get discouraged, the gum and patch didn't work for me and I see the best way to quit is through vaping. With enough vaping, cigarettes might start tasting not so good. I also had to tell myself each cigarette I smoked I was poisoning myself. I hope this helps, also Welcome =)

Hello ECF

If I were starting today, I'd choose an eGoC Twist or Vision Spinner (because they offer variable voltage) and one of the cc (changeable coil) clearomizers, like Kanger T3 (bottom coil) or eGo cc clearomizer (top coil). I use them all the time and like them a lot.

[Hi David--in here! :)]

Thank you all for the advice....I'm really off the cigarettes, to prove it...I've just had a bet with my polish tobacconist owner friend that that in 1 year from today, if I don't smoke again he will give me 100 polish zlotych worth of liquid free. Which in usd is 5 zlotych - 1.5 dollars. And 1 liquid bottle costs 13 zlotych. About 5 dollars a bottle at a guess. Easy money for me as I won't smoke again!!!
