Hi all :)
new to forum, new to ecigs but not new to quitting smoking with many failed attempts! Have quit a few times cold turkey, once for a couple of years, once with patches but found that harder! Tried an inhalator which got launched... Was quite fed up with smoking tobacco but didn't feel confident to quit with the NHS options (not knocking them but they're not for me) and I read someone's status on Facebook about how good these ecigs are. My husband went and bought us a starter kit each from our local ecig shop which conveniently is about 30 seconds from home. I honestly can't fault them! Hubby has been quit about a week and I've been quit almost a week and don't crave the real thing at all. I smoke menthol usually so I have a menthol liquid and he uses a normal tobacco one. He tried strawberry but neither of us liked that one.
It's annoying me that they're trying to ban them! It's just another option for people who want to give up so what's wrong with that! I prefer doing this than smoking, tastes much cleaner and I don't stink of ... smoke after. Much better option than smoking fags in my opinion!

Welcome cupcakesparkles. :)

I am guessing your local store is a franchise "brand" ecig store, or independent.

If you need any advice on any hardware, I am always willing and keen to assist.

Glad to hear your vaping story.. :)

I am totally independent of all brands by the way, so if you want to buy cheaper or better, help is only a click away.
Don't ask me too much about e-liquid though. I've had 200+ bottles and still can't find the "chosen one".

Currently making my way though the range here as it happens.

Vape Liquid

Today's choice is a light tobacco with cider and floral over-tones. Hand mixed last Sunday and sent to me via the very-awesome people at the Royal Mail. :)

Thanks for the warm welcomes :)
It's a little shop called ecig wizard. I've not actually been in there yet because I don't get out much so my husband has been popping in regularly and chatting with the guy there.
I don't know much about ecigs, although I've read up a fair bit on the safety of them and stuff. There was an article the BBC posted about them that I read, kind of questioning why the want of a ban when they appear to be so successful and clearly much healthier than smoking. I suppose their success is hugely why, since the government will be losing a lot from tobacco sales dropping. It annoys me that they come across as all 'pro quitting' 'anti smoking' what with the smoking ban etc but yet are attempting to ban these. You can't have your cake and eat it! Cake... That reminds me, I read of cake or muffin flavour, has anyone tried it? I had some lovely cake scented candles once, although I realise I never smoked the candles.. Lol but I wondered if cake flavour is nice. I'm talking rubbish now ha!

I vape just about all baked goods flavors, I find them great to vape. Sugar Cookie, Gingerbread Cookie, Golden Graham, Oatmeal Cookie Cupcake, and a few more too!!

CUPCAKESPARKLES. You have made my YEAR! :) :) :)

A "little" shop called ecigwizard.... oh how I wish I had a good animated smiley for that.

Only one of the best ecig vendors in the UK and (curiously) Finland.

Lucky you. They are great and get a lot of stick from certain quarters. They'll look after you I'm sure. I am SO happy.

Tell them (from me) to bring back the "old" RY4 and hurry up with my order of Mrs B's Vanilla Custard will you.

I had no idea it was anything but our little local ecig shop ha! They're fab, very friendly and helpful. Vanilla custard sounds interesting, and what on earth is an Aspire clearomiser?

So glad there are lots of baked goods flavours! Great to hear from someone who's tried them, thank you! :D

You see, behind the scenes they are taking over the world....

Guessing you have a proper ecig, not a plastic stick (i.e. a battery with a clear tank) then the Aspire is a clear tank (clearomiser).

ecigwizard sell plastic sticks through the neatcigs brand. I don't know if they are any good, but they're going to be massively cheaper than all the other nonsense on the market that people are spending a fortune on.

I'll have to upload a pic of what I use. I'll put it up as my avatar :)

Yes. That looks the thing! :)

You can put an Aspire on that. There are more than one "type" but I know some of them are really good.
It would also take a mini Protank, they are pyrex and you replace the atomizer head rather than whole tank.
Also iClear16s would fit. They have replaceable heads too and last a long time.

ecigwizard possibly don't sell them, but Vape Escape will, if you want to try something different.

Innokin CE5 (iClear16) [VE473] - £4.99 : Vape Escape

is your clearomiser (clear tank atomiser) a CE5?

Gosh, I haven't the foggiest! It was a starter kit and that's all I know. I have a purple thing for the liquid too.
