Just wanted to say a quick hello before I went for a nosey around the forum.
I've just ordered myself (before I found a forum) a Kanger EVOD starter kit with a couple of e liquids to go with it. The Kanger received good reviews on the website so I'm hoping I've done the right thing. Time (and a little belated research) will tell.
I'll go and do some reading before I start with the questions, I have a couple but they may have already been covered.
Sean.

Hello and welcome Sean! Don't sweat your first starter kit and most importantly don't let it frustrate you. There is a little bit of a learning curve no matter what you pick up. Your Kanger EVOD is a good place to start and before long you will be growing into something new that fancy's your interest.

It is a journey...enjoy the trip!

Hi sean and welcome to the wonderful world of vaping. Glad you joined ECF and hope you feel welcome here. We are all in this together !! And EVOD is a nice setup to get started with, so you've made a good initial choice. There are so many options that it can be confusing at times, so the important thing is getting started on the right foot, which you seem to be doing. Even with all the options available, I still use the Kanger MT3S clearo's that I started with 5 months ago. The only thing I have added (other than many more juices) is Vision Spinner Variable Volt batteries, but my set up is still pretty simple...but it fills my needs and gives me a good vape experience.

I'm sure you will have questions, especially after your new gear arrives and this is a great place to ask. The folks here are friendly, supportive and knowledgeable.

A couple of suggestions that were offered to me and I will pass on to you are: Remember to stay hydrated. Also, as soon as possible, get some backups to your gear and backups for your backups. I never want to have a dead battery or other equipment failure give me an excuse to go back to analogs. So having backup gear is really important.

Again, welcome and I'm glad you joined this community.

Keep the vape and namaste.

Welcome, Sean. I began with the Evod starter kit as well, and it's worked great for me. No cigarettes since I got it, two months or so ago!

There is a wealth of information on this forum, so just cruise around and click on what interests you. There will usually be someone with the answer to any questions you might have.

I've found lots of friendship and support here, and that is always important when starting any new thing. I've found that vaping can be as simple or as complicated as you want to make it. Most of us are here because we wanted to ditch the cigarettes and be healthier. We might not agree about which mod or juice is best, but I think most of us agree vaping is a great alternative to smoking.
