Just thought that I would pop in and introduce myself--and try to get 1/5 of the required posts, lol.

I smoked for 31 years, at least a pack a day. I tried to quit, but Wellbutrin made me homicidal and suicidal, Chantix made me vomit, and the patches and gum just didn't do the trick. I even tried cold turkey and the family had to have an intervention, I was such a ....h!

Then I bought an EVOD setup for me and my wife at the local BNM tobacco shop.

I quit that day, and I'm never going back to analogs, ever!

Just wanted to say, vaping saved my life. I feel better, I don't cough, my sinuses have cleared, and I'm getting my (formerly high soprano, now alto) singing voice back, to my utter surprise.

We're vaping 6mg eliquid--that may not seem like enough, but it's enough for me! The 18mg was way too strong!

Anyway, I love vaping and reading the forum. :D So, that's me!

I can Definately relate. Cold turkey was not a good thing to do. Surprised my wife didn't lock me in the garage until the nic fit was over. Anyway, I have been tobacco free for a month today and I have the MPV 2.0. I was thinking of getting the aspire nautilus tank to vape with my MVP, is this a good setup? And where can I find a 50/50 juice mix.

No idea, legalbabble26--I'm a Kanger/evod girl all the way, so far, and haven't got into anything else yet. I just found a fantastic post on all kinds of info, including rebuilding coil heads and such--omg, didn't know I could do that, but I make jewelry for a hobby so it can't be more complicated than that, right? 50/50 juice mixes can be found anywhere, so much as I've seen, but a lot of people DIY if the posts are an accurate count. I have found the best stuff online, less expensive than the local BNM tobacco shop. And the flavors! Love all the flavors available.

Legalbabble, I've been smoke free a bit over a year (after 45 years of two to three PAD, mostly unfiltered). MVP2 is great. I use that and a Tesla and Vamo5. I've mostly been dripping for about 5 months now, but on a whim I picked up a Nautilus. I absolutely love it. Great flavor, great vapor, and the adjustable air ring works to perfection for whatever vape mood you're in. An added benefit is that taking a break from dripping (which I love) and just filling that huge tank and having it last for most of the day, makes me feel like I'm on vacation! I've gotten lazy. You won't be disappointed with the Nautilus.

Debra, to ecf. It is a wonderful place to be as far as I am concerned. Sounds like you are doing great. I tried everything too and failed miserably. Vaping is the answer for a bunch of people. Thank goodness. Have fun with it and happy vaping. :)

Congrats and welcome to ECF! Be forewarned. This forum is not good for your wallet. I was able to quit just fine with a set up similar to yours. I didn't need to buy anything else. Now look at my avatar and my sig. OMG the money I've spent...

Hahaha but think of the money you have saved, and also your health :thumb:

OMG, don't I know it. I now own four Protank Mini 2s (with four more on the way from Fasttech), a VV Vision Spinner, and basically a box full of s***. And a crapton of eliquids. :D

And I'm eyeing the Provari as we speak (but don't tell the wife, lol)
