thank you for the welcome still getting use to navigating the forum and was wondering if you might be able to tell me where I could get some info on wicking safety as it pertains to rda's my concerns are about loose cotton fibers and the possibility of inhaling them

I dont think I've seen antlything on wicking safety, the search box at the top might help but as long as you keep your wicks wet any stray fibers should stay stuck down and be too heavy to inhale.

Hi and welcome. Once you get the fibers wet, they shouldn't go anywhere. Or switch to rayon, it has no short staple.
