Hello, today we are going to take a look at the Vsee One Pod mod sent to me by Hellvape. I will examine in this Test each of the features that distinguish this item. I hope that at the end of this reading you will have understood this product, and therefore decide whether to invest in it or not. As always, my opinions are free and based on my personal experience.

► Hellvape Vsee One; Packaging:
The two-tone white/orange packaging of the Vsee One pod kit is more reassuring and serene, compared to the captivating and threatening infernal-style ones that Hellvape has now accustomed us to, such as the aggressive packaging of its various series of RTA and rda vaporizers. The box features an image of the device on the front, the logo, the hellvape brand, and of course the name of the product. On the back you can read the contents, the manufacturer's support addresses, barcode, scratch & check, legal brands and logos. On the remaining sides of the box you can once again see the name of the device and its numerous features in the form of icons.

► Hellvape Vsee One; First Impressions:
Hellvape now embraces the entire world of Vape, in fact it has recently set up some disposable devices, without neglecting the Pod Mods, and if I'm not mistaken, I think this is its fifth Pod-Mod. Vsee One comes with a hard plastic body weighing just 40 grams combined with compact dimensions. The plastic body would make you think of a Pod Mod of super economical construction and surely the price will also be cheap, however the Hellvape VSEE ONE kit combines an elegant aesthetic with its lively animated color display. There are also interesting technical data such as; different selectable power levels, and the 1000mAh battery with a maximum power of 30W which together with the air flow control guarantees both MTL and RDL Vape experiences. For an entry level pod Mod, all this can certainly be defined as an advanced vaping technology.

► Hellvape Vsee One; Mode button:
I received two Vsee One devices for this test, one Mint Grey and the other Mint Pink. In the photo below you can see the narrow side of the Vsee One where the selection button is located, just below there is a small mirror-polished plate with the name Hellvape engraved. The Vsee One only works through automatic extraction, so using the button you can only change the settings. With 5 clicks you can turn the Mod on and off. With three clicks you can select one of the 4 available power levels, and to move to the next power level do 1 click. With two clicks you can select one of the 3 available animations, to change the animated theme do 1 click.

► Hellvape Vsee One; Animated display:
The handle or back (if you prefer) is completely smooth, this side contrasts with the front one which has a corrugated surface to offer a good grip to the fingers. On this side there is the display which is basically a multicolor LED in the shape of a circle, the circle when you pull, lights up in different ways depending on the animation setting you have selected, but the LED also lights up if a safety protection intervenes.

► Hellvape Vsee One; Integrated Battery:
The Usb-C charging socket for the integrated 1,000mAh battery is located on the bottom and it takes an average of 60 minutes to fully recharge the cell. The battery status is displayed on the display during charging and during use through the animation of a new LED always in the shape of a circle, this LED is smaller, is located in the center of the large circle, is green, and has 4 segments to indicate the current charge status of the battery as follows:

• 1 full circle: The charge level is between 75 and 100%
• 3/4 of a circle: The charge level is between 50 and 75%
• 1/2 of a circle: The charge level is between 25 and 50%
• 1/4 of a circle: The charge level is between 10 and 250%

► Hellvape Vsee One; Airflow Control:
On the side there is the airflow control, by moving the small metal pin you can select a reduced or completely closed air passage for MTL vaping, or you can open up to three holes for a large air passage for RDL vaping.

► Hellvape Vsee One; Vsee Cartridges:
In the compartment/pod there are two classic magnets to hold the cartridge firmly anchored to the Mod, there are also; the air passage hole that is connected to the external AFC system, the electrical contact pins, and the automatic puffs activation sensor.

The Vsee One kit comes with a 0.8Ω cartridge (2ml, pre-installed) for MTL vaping. The included 0.8Ω cartridge has a range of use between 14 and 18W with a Best 16W. The tank is filled by lifting the lateral silicone cap without having to remove the cartridge from the mod. The generously sized hole fits most commercially available e-liquid bottles. The large dark surface of the cartridge does not excessively compromise the correct monitoring of the internal e-liquid level.

Of course Hellvape has a complete range of Vsee cartridges, in addition to the 0.8Ω (14-18W) one, the range consists of three other cartridges; one with an internal resistance of 0.4Ω (26-30W) for DL/RDL vaping, one with 0.6Ω (15-21W) suitable for MTL/RDL vaping and one with an internal resistance of 1.0Ω (11-15W) for exclusively MTL use. According to Hellvape, compared to other disposable cartridges offered by the competition, in particular the 1.0Ω cartridge offers a coil life that is on average 70% longer, a flavor perception and an optimal flavor duration that is 30% longer. Replacement Vsee cartridges can be purchased in packs of 3 cartridges.

► Hellvape Vsee One; Final conclusions:
For my test I used "Crispy" flavor diluted at 10% in a 50:50 solution of VG/PG with a 3mg/ml boost. You need to fill the new cartridge and wait at least 5 minutes the first time you use it, to give the cotton time to soak up the liquid. The cartridge with integrated 0.8Ω Mesh coils offers a silent draw and with every puff you can enjoy an intense flavor, with a pleasantly velvety and full-bodied vapor. The level of nicotine present in the liquid is conveyed very effectively, especially with the airflow almost completely closed, so you can effectively adjust the airflow to obtain clouds of flavor or a decisive throat hit, just like when using more advanced atomizers. This 0.8Ω cartridge has a range of use between 14 and 18W, the chipset allows 4 different power settings and the best for this cartridge is obtained with the second power level set. The second power level should correspond to about 16W. The 0.6Ω cartridge that Hellvape kindly sent me amplifies the characteristics previously illustrated with the 0.8Ω cartridge, so for me the 0.6Ω cartridge is better, this cartridge has a range of use between 15 and 21W I found myself very well with the third power level set, and with the airflow open almost to the maximum. A pleasant note is that these cartridges are absolutely free of leaks or abnormal condensation formations. The Vsee One chip with its 4 power levels and with different selectable animations, also implements important and extensive safety features. The LED provides complete visual information, and checking the battery level is simple and immediate. The built-in 1000mAh battery has a great lifespan and ensures a constant output voltage until the end. The Hellvape Vsee One is definitely a winner in its category, because it is suitable for newbies who are looking for both restricted MTL vaping and smoother RDL vaping. Thanks to its attractive and compact form factor, the Hellvape Vsee One can be easily transported and used in some work environments, in a stealthy and inconspicuous way.
