Helo 2 tank getting hot

Hey guys, I just replace my sub ohm atomizer with a 1ohm Atlantis replacement atomizer which I was told is compatible. My tank seems to get quite warm. I do chain vape as I did start vaping to quit smoking. I'm just a bit worried I may damage my tank or, even worse, blow the thing up.

Are you refering to the Melo 2 tank from Eleaf? <scratching head> I thought they were compatible with the Triton coils from Aspire... Anyways, the tank getting warm is normal if you're chain vaping. Not much to worry about really.

That's the one. I went to a shop near by for coils and all the they had in stock were the aspire Atlantis 1ohm. They told me its compatible. Should I be careful of how many watts I push through?

As long as they physically fit, shouldn't be a problem. If you were using the 0.3 or 0.5Ω Eleaf coils, I'd drop the power down, probably starting in the 15W range and seeing how it vapes there.

Even my nautilus' get hot when you chain vape.
