What's the Amp limit of your battery?
What's the total resistance of the two coils you want to build?
Do you have an ohm reader to test your build?
I'm not familiar with "Royal Wire". Is that a brand name of kanthal and/or nichrome wire?

Both batteries that i have are 3.7v at 800 mAh
Im not 100% on the resistance but it is low.

Nope. Even if they are the highest rated 18350s going. Low Ω duals - nope.
You need a bigger mod and bigger (18650 say) batteries that can handle the power you demand from low resistance coils.

Measure the resistance with a dmm or ohm reader.
Find out what brand/model of battery you plan on using then find the specs of it's discharge rating (continous/pulse amp). Fake or real?

I was too ambitious with dual duals, what build do you suggest for a single coil?
I'd not go under 1Ω, but here's why: an AW 18350 700mAh battery has a maximum discharge rate of 6A.

Ohms law means Ω = voltage (call it 4.2v - fresh off the charger) / 6A (which is the most your battery can take. 0.7Ω at best, under optimal conditions, with a new battery etc etc.
You do need to know this stuff and have the gear to measure what you're doing too.

First, welcome to the site, you have come to the best place to learn!
Are you metering you coils my friend before firing them up? If not pick yourself up one of these before going any further. The last thing any of us want you to come back and tell us is you got hurt. With 18350's your margin of error is slight.

SuperTrunker is right, and keep in mind that the closer you get to 6 amps, the faster that battery is going to die, and it's not much of a battery to begin with. Honestly on an 18350, I'd probably stay at 1 oHm or even 1.2, just so I could get any decent charge time out of them.
Looks like you got a lot of great advise. Hopefully you will take it to heart and do your homework (and purchase that DDM or ohm reader) before proceeding with any coil building.

As said great advise, but I'm going to say this again, you MUST get a ohm reader and KNOW your battery. NEVER EXCEED YOUR BATTERIES LIMIT. I'm not just saying this to be repetitive. If you exceed the limit of the battery it will vent and could possibly even explode. Before I did any more builds I would get a ohm reader so I could do the math to ensure I'm safely vaping
