So I have an issue with my Aspire Atlantis V2 and it's only started happening recently, I'm hoping someone can help...

I have an iPv mini II and an Aspire Atlantis V2 as my setup. It's worked great up until a few days ago when I went to a club and shared it with a few friends. At the end of the night there were small black specks all down the chimney that looked like wet tobacco. Didn't know what they were so I replaced the coil and cleaned the tank thoroughly.
But when I used it after that the taste was very muted and bland and I didn't hear the gurgling/popping noise it usually does.
At first I thought it was the coil because I had just gotten a new pack of coils, but after trying 3-5 new coils of different ohms I'm convinced it's something else.

I've tried .5 coils at 20-30w, and I've tried .3 coils at 40-50w and nothing I do no matter how many times I change them the hits are silent with no gurgle or pop noises and the flavor sucks and is bland.

Any idea what's going on or how I can fix this?

The right way is that when you suck the drip tip, the main air flow should go in the bottom afc hole (airflow control)then it will go through the coil and go straight to your mouth, the extra airflow control holes at the top is just boost your airflow (for example, 70% of the air will goes in the bottom airflow holes, 30% of the air will goes in top airflow then your vapor will be fine but if you suck the drip tip and the air almost goes in the top airflow then you will not get the hot and flavorful vapor anymore ). If you can disassembly the top afc ring and fix it, I think the problem will disappear.
