Help! Atomizer base stuck to the mod.

I'm pretty new into vaping, and I did the mistake with screwing too much, I have a Joyetech Evic VT, the base of the Ego One Mega tank is stuck to it!!!!

I can refill it since I can separate the tank, but I'm unable to remove the base from the mod, any advise?

Hi.Take a thin screwdriver and insert it into the airflow and pass it through until it starts getting out from the other side.Then just turn it counter clockwise and viola!

An alternative is this,but I assume you don't have one.

I have a rubber disc jar opener and a pair of soft jawed pliers nearby for just this situation.

Hello @Keiktsu, something like these should have no issues getting atomiser bases off mods without any damage.

Sometimes when something is Stuck like this. Wrapping a couple of Big Fat Rubber Bands around it can give you the grip needed to Unscrew it.

And if it is Still Stuck, protects the surface enough to use a pair of Pliers on it.

Hi ,
Remove the coil and use a damp towel (cloth/paper) to gain purchase on the smooth base.
Best practice:
Remove tank to refill.
"snug" is tight enough when reattaching tank.

Fasttech shipping will take a while. They're useful to have not so expensive and many US vape shops carry them or you could look at Amazon. It's just a thought.
