help canada shipping addresss!

i try getting some items but they ship within canada only. where do i get a free canadian shipping address with forwarding service to US address?

All i could found online is free US Address. any canadian could help on this?

Other than some of the Canadian juices. There really isn't anything here in Canada that you can't get in the US, so it kinda baffles me to what you could want shipped ecig wise from Canada to the US.

Even with juice, many Canadian vendors are more than happy to ship to the US.
