Been trying for 15 mins and I can not get the glass off to change my coil

You can try running hot water over the glass, and gripping it with a little paper towel.
Uhhh.... Thinking back 6 months or so, I'm not sure you can remove the coil that way. Might want to google "coil change for cleto" and find a youtube video if you are really struggling.
As far as the glass, if it's stuck, can you remove the entire tank from the mod, then wash it off well, might've gotten some e-juice on it and it's slippery and heat may cause things to loosen a bit, making it easier. Or, rubber is your friend for gripping, so rubber gloves or rubber mat to try and untwist the tank? They also make (smaller, but I've used a larger size on occasion) twist-grippers that are round and will grip the tank, while giving you more leverage and that might help untwist it. Pretty easy to find on Amazon or etc., and I believe it's top air? (Can't remember) sometimes inserting an allen key or something into an airhole to hold part of the tank steady?
OH... I remember the BIG one now-- it's a double untwist-- untwist the top in one direction and the bottom in the reverse direction and that causes the correct pressure for the tank to completely disassemble. It's annoying until you "get it" the kid (whose tank it was until he stopped vaping completely) showed me, and it's a weird-- twist in both directions at once-- and it just loosens right up.

Take the top off. Then pinch the coil and one side of the glass until it loosens, then wiggle free.
