Help! Can't find AW 26650 Batts

So I've been searching the Internet for over an hour, and I can't find anywhere that has AW IMR 26650 batts...I'm looking to order a few, and don't really want to mess with a less reputable brand batt. Please post some links for places that have them, I really want to put this 4000mah beast in an upcoming mod, but will have to go with a 2300 mah AW IMR26500 if I can't find the big daddy

It is my understanding that the manufacturer of these cells was acquired by another company and has stopped production. That is why they are no longer available.

Well, yes, there are IMR 26650's available, but OP is looking for the AW brand IMR 26650 rated at 4000 mah.

I've never heard of an AW 26650, just the 26500. Of course there is the MNKE IMR 26650, famous big orange battery.

Then he's probably out of luck. They stopped production in 2011.

Thx everybody...SOL I guess....going with dual 2000 mah AW IMR 18650s for the 4000mah now...and all my mods will use same batts

I'd love to see a picture of the mod you are building when you're done. It will be a "beast" using two of those. Probably stay charged for a couple of days though
