My husband got my OMeGa switch back together but look at this pic. The space is too far apart and the top wiggles too much. What can we do? LOL

No Biggie, when you insert the conatct assembly you need to be sure that it is all the way into the head assembly. It will apear that it is all the down into the slide section. Hopefully you did not booger the contact pin up too bad. I think you may be pushing on the wrong peice to push it down too. Be sure to push on the steel piece of the contact, not the small contact pin.
got it fixed...thanks Chad...I did "booger' the contact pin up a little but hubby fixed it....lol. I just needed to know what to screw the little screws up against. The video doesn't show that!
I had the same issue actually and found out that on reassembly snugging the first set screw in and then letting go of the slide was absolutely essential to getting the right throw distance (for me anyway).
A lot of the confusion with the reassembly is which part to push on to ensure the contact barrel is in to the proper depth. It will only get you once or twice, after that you are a pro 
Hopefully I am a pro now....keeping my fingers crossed the next time I am brave enough to take it apart...lol
