Help choosing first E-Cigarette

Hi Everyone, I was wondering if it would be possible if someone could recommend me a very good starter kit.
One which produces gernerally a very good vapour, but without being very pricey (I'm a student you see).

I'm looking to purchase from the UK but possibly need it to be posted to Germany. Also is it a good idea for me to buy refill liquid in order to refill the cartridges that come with it?

If anybody knows anything relatively cheap that has worked well for them please let me know.

Looks
Size
Battery life
Throat hit
Vapour production
Ease of obtaining spares / refills
Flavour
