Maybe just me, but iso - i.e. wood - alcohol is for external use. As long as you thoroughly clean it after, to get it all off.... but I'd rather not inhale it. Cheap vodka, ok. But it won't hurt the clearo or any of it's parts.
I usually just use hot running water, as hot as my fngers can comfortably handle. Once dry, if needed I'll dry burn the coil, then rinse it again.
Overnight drying is long enough. If you're in a hurry and have a hair dryer, that works, too. The base that holds the coil, and screws into the tube, is the most important part to dry. If the wick is still damp with water or vodka you can still assemble, fill and
vape. The first few draws may be a bit lacking in flavor as you vaporize the water or vodka, but it goes back to
juice pretty quickly.
