I have been using my clearomiser CE5 now I have been cleaning with tap water the tube atomiser and nipple and mouth piece. Now I was thinking of putting all above into iso propanol alcohol including the clearomiser the part you screw the battery in has anyone done this and is it safe was going to leave it in for a few hours then let it dry for a few days any help would be great.

Maybe just me, but iso - i.e. wood - alcohol is for external use. As long as you thoroughly clean it after, to get it all off.... but I'd rather not inhale it. Cheap vodka, ok. But it won't hurt the clearo or any of it's parts.

I usually just use hot running water, as hot as my fngers can comfortably handle. Once dry, if needed I'll dry burn the coil, then rinse it again.

Overnight drying is long enough. If you're in a hurry and have a hair dryer, that works, too. The base that holds the coil, and screws into the tube, is the most important part to dry. If the wick is still damp with water or vodka you can still assemble, fill and vape. The first few draws may be a bit lacking in flavor as you vaporize the water or vodka, but it goes back to juice pretty quickly.
