Some local shops have nicotine levels displayed in percentages! I usually vape a 18-24mg 30ml bottle but I'm seeing 0.6% and 1.8% for a 10ml bottle. What's that equal to? 6 and 18mg? Is it per ML or per bottle?

AFIK you've got it right. .6% is 6gm, 1.8% is 18mg. I also think it's just a different way of showing the same thing and both mean per ML. Hopefully someone else can confirm.
There's a gas station near my house that has a quite nice selection of juice (surprisingly)! But most are percentages. Just wanted to confirm. I just didn't want a low dose. They do charge $10 for a 10ml which sucks but in a bind I have no choice! So before I'm buying different ones to mix I was hesitant to purchase for that much without knowing.

And a percentage is a percentage - so if it's 1.8% per ml or 1.8% per 10ml it's the same thing.
And by the way, finding a gas station selling juice is amazing to me. My local wallmart just got in the Fin and the Blu so we are behind the times out here in the sticks.

Grabbed two 24mg tobacco flavored last night. Wanted screaming apple and orange cream but they were too low.
Aglet, our local WalMart has had the Fin and Mystic for a while, but the other day I noticed they had Fin with a PCC! We must be in high cotton! Now, if they would only put PRICES on the stuff to where you can actually see it... Wonder if WM would ever consider carrying juices?
