I've recently bought the lemo drop. I've had it on my ipv mini 30w for the past week with the stock coil and cotton it came with. I've been impressed coming from Atlantis, I've had no burnt taste up to the 30 watts. I had just received a 150 watt sigelei and seem to be getting dry hits any where over 30 watts on this lemo. So I re wicked my coil, the coil looked fine itself. Still same issue. The coils resistance reads .9 ohms on my ipv and 1.1 on the sigelei. Anyways any help of understanding why I'm getting burnt hits would be appreciated. Is the 1 ohm coil not capable of handling higher then 30 watts? Is it possibly the material the stock coil is made from?
Thanks

Hello and welcome to the forum Jesse85. Glad to have you here!:)

The lemo drop can't wick the juice fast enough to vape at higher wattage. Most RTA's don't like higher wattage because of the size of the airflow holes and the depth of the juice channels.

What she said ^^^^^ The Lemo doesn't have the airflow or wicking ability to run that high of wattage.

Thanks for your replies, in still trying to get used to tapatalk.. half the time it tells me I don't have permission to reply..anyways, unrelated...I've had better luck with my lemo lately, 45 watts n under I'm good but tend to stay around 35 watts.
Does anyone have any good suggestions of anything that would be a good fit for my sigelei 150? I'm looking to have something that could use more of the power, still looking for flavor as well as cloud..

Drippers are the only thing I've found that can handle high watts even on my Segelie 100W

You might want to pay this thread a visit.

Clicky

It's full of Lemo experts.

I'm a huge fan of the Lemo, and learned a bunch about wicking from that thread. I'm comfortably able to vape at 40w with a .9 ohm coil. I have several of both the Drop and the full-size, and haven't noticed any difference except capacity.
It's almost 100% a wicking issue.

Any good suggestions?

Big Dripper. I bought 1 used it for a couple hours, thought it was garbage. After i kept getting dry hits on my Orchids, I gave it another try and havent touched the Orchids in a week. Its not the easiest to build on, but you get used to it. Same as an RDA you only get a dry hit, because you forgot to drip.

Do you have the authentic 1? There over 100$ right? Do you get as good of flavor as you would from a dripper or the lemo at least? What kind of builds n wattage you put on it? The big dripper is a tank system? It self wicks?

theres a couple subtanks out now that can handle 100w, arctic is one.......i think the detla 2? if your looking to use 100w....... but you dont need to
Ya I've seen the arctic, it's a possibility, especially since I've seen it around 50$..but I have an Atlantis I rebuild my coils with kgd, don't know if it's worth investing in or just grabbing a dripper..being on a budget I feel like I only need do many tanks but I wanna have the option of chucking vapor but need to have tanks while I work n ....

I don't think I've even ran my lemo past 35 watts. I have pushed it a few times and ended up turning the wattage back down. I've never had a full blown cotton dry hit from this tank though. You can try using less cotton and see if wicking keeps up.
I seem to have gotten better with it..I've tried less cotton n it's leaked..it's key to keep those juice channels clear but can't leave it to open bar the coils either..sometimes I fill up 2 or 3 times with out leaks then out of no where I get those gurgle hits n have to clean it my bottom piece..d.k. why this happens..I have 22 gauge in it now, just messing with it but .4 ohms I'm vaping at 26-40 watts..probably best for me at 32
