I like this idea. I have a glass of Snapple Diet Iced Tea with lemon at dinnertime, and I find my mouth almost puckering in anticipation.
I'll look for something else tasty that I can sip during the day, of course calorie-free, as I'm seriously attempting to lose weight.
Oh, I've also tried the coffee grounds, taken a sip of lemon juice, eaten olives. Like I saide, I've tried just about any remedy I have seen suggested anywhere. I don't think it's weather or climate because I don't spend much time outdoors, and we have central.

I have the same problem and now I drink like 6 bottles of water and keep a gallon of iced tea with a slice of lemon with each glass. My body has never been this hydrated which is good . Before I only drank water on occasion mostly cola's but not anymore . My kidneys and Liver are probably happy with the water and i feel a lot better with the weight loss i attribute to vaping and the constant drinking of water curbs the appetite ...Now some drugs will also give you dry mouth which is bad for the teeth so i hear and i find myself brushing and rinsing my mouth out more often then the 2 times a day ..

I had actually started drinking lots of water a few months before I started vaping, as part of some general "get healthy" changes. Also drink lots of coffee during the day, both hot and iced. I don't eat much processed food (although these days I guess everything you buy at the market is fake in one way or another). And no soda. I will pick up some seltzer today and see how that goes.
Funny how food can taste so good and the vaping can be so =blah=.
Got my taste buds back for a while near bedtime last night, and in my excitement, vaped myself silly!

Since you are also into getting healthy, how about getting a bit of apple cider vinegar (organic preferably) in your water? I find that everything sour helps with saliva production, and apple cider vinegar is said to help detoxing - although it might not agree with you taste/smell-wise.

The other night I had terrible sweet dry mouth.

A dill pickle chip and a glass of water fixed me right up.

I'll try it later (I read that it could cause upset if taken on an empty stomach). I do know it's good for you; used to use it as a hair rinse LOL. I have some here because I use it to make pork chops with an apple flavor without the apple carbs.
