Help Finding?

I'm not sure if there's a "looking for" section here. I couldn't find one so I post here and mods will of course move if necessary.

I'm trying to add an (almost) all brass mech mod to my growing collection. I found this posting on flea bay and fell in love with the look:

Can anyone help me find where else I can find the same setup? I'm having trouble finding it online. Clone stingray, clone dripping atomizer (so long as it's brass) and if anyone can identify this drip tip and where to get it? Non-china based vendors please, I don't want to wait a month to get it.
