Nope. Not true. It doesn't matter how many people camp for it. As long as on that lucky day itself you get it.

E.G: Vaper 1 has been camping for 3 mths. Vaper 2 has not been camping @ all. Vaper 3 has applied for notifications to be sent to his email.

Launch day: Vaper 1 busy working and didn't check back for that particular hour. Vaper 3 didn't check his email and sites. Vaper 2 just casually sift through site, and saw that particular mod he was interested in have stock!!

There are too many scenarios to describe. But the abovementioned scenario happen alot. Go figure.
