I do not think a newbie is going to jump right into coil building.
I sorry, but I can't in good conscience recommend the above setup made by emprcyrul for a beginner vaper.Sub-ohm setups to a beginner vapor can be a catastrophic accident waiting to happen, especially without knowing what knowlege that new vaper may have about Ohm's Law and battery safety, and by not offering informative links how to use such a setup safely. Never assume that everyone knows what they need to know. Especially a beginner.
Unless you are using Nickle wire on a temp controlled regulated mod and really know what you are doing, a 0.11 Ohm coil setup is NOT RECOMMENDED under any circumstances. Please be careful about what setups you recommend to new vapers.

If you want to buy a starter set-up from fasttech, I found one that I would recommend. Seems to be a decent device and uses standard Atlantis coils.

You'll have to replace the coils when they go bad, so you'll want to have some spares. I would have recommended eGo Twists or Vision Spinners, but I'm not sure of the quality of those from fasttech. Take a look at the ones I linked for you and let me know if that interests you.

This is a horrible suggestion. It is never a good idea to suggest that low of a build to anyone... especially someone new to vaping. Please remember that advanced/complex equipment is best left to advanced/experienced users...

I want to welcome you to the board, and I hope you are able to get the equipment you need and are able to get off the cancer sticks. That said, I have to jump in and say I agree the quoted suggestion is terrible. This is nowhere near the equipment a beginner needs and even a very experienced person has no business building a coil that low under any circumstances. Ask me, it's a miracle the guy who wrote it is still alive. Whatever you do, don't do that.
If I got that as a new vaper, or even today, I would take a look at it, toss it out and smoke a cigarette...

Well, the battery/tank section (1st link) comes with a charging cable, but you might want to get a wall adapter (like this: USB Wall Adapter EU Plug) so that you can charge it anywhere.
You might want to get 2 of the battery parts so that you always have one that is charged. Also, get several packages of the replacement coils. Other than that, all you need is your eliquid. That one, I'm not sure how to help you... just find a flavor that you think you'll like and give it a try. I don't know where to get eliquid in Turkey...
You need a regulated mod, like an iStick 20or MVP, a clearo tank, like a Nautilus and a pack of coils...

a tank (the part you're going to put your liquid into)
a charger (what you're going to use to give your battery power)
a replaceable coil (This should just screw in an out and is the part that makes your liquid into vapor)
juice: this is up to you.

Choose the e-liquid with the appropriate nicotine concentration. Choosing one with too high nicotine and it might be too harsh for you to even use. Too low and it won't be effective enough to allow you to quit. The right concentration of nicotine generally follows the below guidelines:
For e-liquid, the typical nicotine recommendations are as follows:
1/2 pack per day or less = 6 mg nicotine
1 ppd = 12 mg
1 1/2 ppd = 18 mg
2 ppd = 24 mg
1 ppd = 12 mg
1 1/2 ppd = 18 mg
2 ppd = 24 mg
Figure on consuming at least 2 - 3 ml of liquid daily. Bottles are usually 10 or 30 ml volume.
E-liquid generally has concentrated nicotine, propylene glycol (Pg), vegetable glycerin (Vg) and flavoring extracts. The ratio of Pg and Vg is known as the pg/vg ratio, and a 50/50 blend is common.

and yes, any e-liquid you like. I suggest that you check the VG/PG ratio and try to stay with a maximum of 70% VG so... 70VG/30PG or 60VG/40PG etc...
