It appears to be an Aspire nautilus with a clear purple drip tip and a pair of jeweled wings adhered to it.

The nautilus and the tip should be easy enough to track down, just find yourself some wings and epoxy them on.

Rather than adhere some butterfly wings on a nautilus, you should find a good RDA and stick the wings to the barrel. That way you get a good vape, and some girly purple butterfly wings too.

some people don't like RDA's and if done right they are not attached to the tank, but more like a band around the tank that can be put on almost anything
