I actually own an M401. It does not look like M401 to me.

If that is a 2 piece (battery + cartomizer) and at least 9mm diameter (9.2 mm exactly), then my first guess will actually be KR808D-1 only because they have a style they called diamond at Vapor4Life.com (not sure why - maybe the LED tip cover is faceted shape?) Also, measure just the color part of the battery - if it is about 65nm or 78mm long that is another point in favor of the two KR8 threadings.

if your battery is skinnier than 9mm, abandon all hope - it may be E8, a Chinese wholesaler model rarely used by rebranders, tough to find anything for that

if that size above is correct (at least 9mm etc)...

buy a couple of KR808D-1 cartos at Vapesafe.com and see if they work. Only place I know where you can buy singles (may be crappy cartos though and not refillable)

If those don't work, then you may have KR808D-2 aka E9, the evil twin of KR808D-1 (nothing wrong with it except carto makers etc don't support that rebrander threading.) To test that threading buy a pack of prefilled KR8808D-2 cartos from AZSmokeFree.com.

Good eyes!

Well, if they used the correct photo then that would mean to try the KR808D-2 cartos first from AZSmokeFree.com

And if they do work, Greensmoke cartos are also KR808D-2 as are Smoke 51 Duo and leCig D2 cartos. And leCig sells a D2 to D1 adapter that would let you use KR808D-1 cartos from Vapor4Life, SmokelessImage Volt, Halocigs G6, Bloogplanet Maxxfusion and other KR808D-1 cartos 2.5 ohms or higher (since slim batteries should not use lower ohms than that)

Seems like a kr808d-? indeed. It's a 2 piece e-cig. I like it a lot compared to the one I previously had, which was the cheaper 3 piece set. I get plenty of vapour out of it for almost a full day before needing to be refilled or recharged. Anyways, the thing is, the website where I bought it and which I linked, has had a credit card processing problem for weeks so I couldn't order anything. I needed the model number to be able to find another source for cartomizer/batteries/etc in the future in case this happens again.
Thanks !

Thanks for the helpful information.
The battery is exactly 9.2mm diameter and 78mm (white part) long.
I actually lost a battery friday so I was gonna order one from vapesafe.com as you suggested but it seems like they don't ship to Canada. I checked vapor4life.com too but their shipping costs to Canada are prohibitive, 25$ for shipping just a battery.
