So did you vape dtl with the reo? Decided to go a completely different route? Maybe going dtl sub ohm will do it for you, but completely different vaping style to a mtl reo. Hell you could probably fit your old tank into the drip tip of your new tank. Good luck

I went back and looked at old conversations and found my favorite REO. It was a Grand, running a REOmizer2...I did drop into the 0.8 'ish range and was okay when not using a sweet juice, if I remember correctly. The years slipped by faster than I realized, that was 2015! I remember your name from back then, too!
I ended up with a HorizonTech Falcon instead of the Cerberus.

I had the same reo, a grand and rm2.....I also and still do run my coils sub ohm, but that is completely different then a modern sub ohm tank with drop ins. The sub ohm tank like that first one you mentioned that started with a C, is a dtl tank, meaning big air draw in which you need to do a dtl draw....just looking at the dt, you can see what they are all about...hey you might actually prefer them to a tight draw like the rm2, but it will take time to change your draw to dtl instead of mtl. Dtl is actually sucking the vapor straight to lungs, like you kind of do with that other kind of tobacco. The falcon tank looks similiar to that first one also, dtl, sub ohm tank. I'm actually remembering you as well from the old thread.....

The shiny Colossals are newer, a few weeks. I have the black one too, and that’s more matte. It’s a few months old, no wear yet. They seem really durable though. It’s not the same rubberized paint as the minikin.

At this point, I'm just lost and wanting to stop smoking again. I'm not sure I even know the difference between dtl/mtl... I like a little resistance and tend to hold it in my mouth for a second before inhaling, so I assumed mtl.
Crap, now I think I read too much, watched too much, overloaded and ordered stuff I'm going to hate!

Easiest, most favorite or your rta's?
Preferably one with some online tutorials.

@Della Cirque - If you want to try a MTL tank, that takes several different drop-in coils (0.5ohm, 0.8ohm, and 1.6ohm), and is highly recommended by many of us on here...order an Innokin Zenith tank. Since you ordered an Aegis Mini, you might want the smaller Zenith D22 instead of the full size larger diameter one. They come with (1) 0.5ohm Plexus coil + (1) 1.6ohm coil. They have them here for $23.95 w/Free S/H:

If you want to try a MTL RTA, too, that in many people's opinion is terrific....try an authentic Vandy Vape Berserker (the original version, not the V1.5). Hands down...it's my all-time favorite MTL RTA for the longhaul. Terrific flavor, super smooth vapor, has 5 different airflow hole choices to get the right draw for you, very easy build deck, etc. They're so good to me, that I've got a stash full of them to last me forever. I personally prefer the 24mm full size 1, but the Mini's are good, too.

ETA: The Berserkers are topfill, but most of us bottomfill them instead, to avoid any gurgles, leaks, etc. I prefer bottomfill anyway, because it gives me a chance to check out my wick and coil each time. Plus...you have to take 1 part off either way (topfilling or bottomfilling it)...so it's no big difference either way time-wise.

Still feeling twitchy about the RTA's. Would have got a berserker yesterday if I could have found a decent color, the originals seem to be harder to find. Think I'll try to show some restraint and wait for these orders to come in before jumping back into the building game.
