hi @Michael556 and welcome to the forum You have a very nice mod for vaping. The power is dependent on the tank/coil you are using.

The rule of thumb for EVERY vape device you'll ever own is the same. Start low power, take a draw and bump it up to repeat. If it starts to taste funny, gets too hot or tastes burnt, back it down. Different flavors will have different sweet spots so you just have to experiment

Sub ohm (coils that measure under 1.0 ohms) will need more power than tanks that use the above ohm coils (1.8, 2.2 for example). What tank are you using?

If you go too high in watts you'll burn out the wick in the coil and get a bad dry hit. Then you have to replace the coil. Start at about 12 to 15 watts , take a hit and bump it up if necessary. VG is the vapor creator in e juice. The higher the VG the more clouds it will produce. Opening the air flow will also help with clouds.

Hello people, Ive just bought a Innokin Itaste MVP 3 Pro. Does anyone know the most common voltage and wattage to use? As i dont know a lot about these. Thanks guys.
That all depends on the tank you are using. The setting should be based off of the coils resistance that you are using with the mod. If your coil is .5ohms, i would say 30 to 40W would be spot on. If it is 1 ohm, i would not go higher that 14W. Hope this helps

Ok ill try that thanks pal, so the higher the VG the bigger the cloud yeah? How will i know when to turn the wattage up?
Typically yes, higher VG will produce bigger clouds, however the flavor also drops as PG drops so bear that in mind. A tank I recommend for good flavour for VG juices is the Arctic tank. you can vape that 40-60 watts and still have great flavour.

You turn it up until... it starts to taste funny, or gets too warm a vape, or starts to taste burnt. If you reach any of these then " back it down". Just starting out I wouldn't get too caught up in trying to use too much power. There are a lot of vapers that prefer a cooler vape, so don't go by the numbers, go by the feel and taste. If 20 watts is your sweet spot, then the battery will last longer than if you try to push to 30.

very good point. Remember that the "best" gear and settings is all subjective to personal preference.

I think what you will find after a Little Experimentation is that there is a Relationship between the PG to VG ratio of your e-Liquid, the Watts you set your Mod at, and the Ohms (resistance) of the Coil wire you are using.

And one Ohm and Watt setting works Great for say a 50%PG:50%VG e-Liquid. Where another Ohm and Watt setting works Better for a 20%PG:80%VG.

Lots of people find their preferred e-Liquid PG to VG ratio First. If you want more Vapor, go with Higher levels of VG.

Then they try a few Different Ohm levels and see what they like.

Watts is the Easiest because Most Mods that people use have the Ability to change the Watts. So you just Start at a Low Wattage, and the Slowly Increase the Watts until you get the Hit you Want. Or the Hit starts to taste Burt.
