Help? Innokin iSub G Tank (0.2 or .05 coils) and why?

I've been away from vaping for a while and am looking at the MVP Pro 3.0 starter kit including the Innokin iSub G tank for under $70. Now, which coils to get? And your thoughts on why?

I have this tank and I have been using the .05 coils and they work very nicely.My atomizer head has lasted me a month so far.

Thanks! The 0.5 is probably a "cooler" vape than the 0.2 I'm guessing.

I don't like a hot vape, my lips are fried by the end of the day as it is.

I just went with 0.5ohm coils (changed order from 0.2ohm).
