I hung up e-cigs when the Ego 1st hit the market and most of us were playing with Fluval for cart fillers. Carto/glassomizers were still no more than a thought in someones twisted mind.

Fast forward to current, back to cigs so back to my e-cigs to kick the analogs again. I just received a Vision Spinner and an iSmoka 3.5ml BCC.

Uh-huh.

Product description for the BCC sez it will fit any Ego or 510 threaded battery.
The threaded male connection on the BCC in my hand is much smaller in diameter than the threaded male connector on the 510 atomizers I have.
The 510 atties I have, really "standard" ones as they were purchased in 2010, fit and perform wonderfully in the Spinner.
The iSmoka tank almost slides into the Spinner rather than thread into it.

So being a relative dinosaur to the vaping world of today, what piece o' the puzzle am I missing?
Thanks for your responses, be gentle, I'm old (-;

And yes I've just e-mailed the vendor but I'm really wanting to get this tank affair going cuz the only thing I have at the moment are "old school" fluval stuffed carts!

These are IDENTICAL to the Totally Wicked Tornado RCS heads

Google BCC Mega and there are tons of em

Not sure why the threads are "loose" unless quality control out of China is slipping (like that has never happened before!)

Oh and short of the thread problem mentioned above (mine fits PERFECTLY on all my 510 connections)....the thing vapes like a beast...I can vape a day and a half on a fill!)

Attempted to get pics that show the difference in size, fail.
But Warhawk to the rescue. The iSmoka you show is what I have, black rather than silver.

Again, while slight, the diameter of the male connector on my iSmoka is just small enough that it slides into the Spinner where an actual 510 atty will thread in.

ETA: FWIW here's a Link to the iSmoka I purchased.

By all rights it should thread into the Spinner, right?

I have one suggestion... a sucky one, but short of sending it back, if they'll take it, try this...

Get yourself some Teflon thread tape (you're are older than dirt, and all us old d00dz have Teflon tape in the tool box... so I assume you have 7-8 rolls) and put 3-4 wraps around it (the 510 connector, not your jimmy). Cut out a spot so you have an electrical contact... hopefully, it won't add much resistance - screw in and vape away - maybe. ;-)

LOL, yeah, got's plenty o' the teflon but I'll reserve that until I hear back from the vendor.

I initially posted my question on the chance that there was an adapter that needed to be used. You know, something everyone knows about.... but me!
That "double secret handshake" thing ya' mean? No, ah... nothin'. :?:
