HELP! Looking for some info

I am trying to get my mom on board with vaping..
What I'm looking for is simplified info on cigarette smoking vs vaping. (Chemicals in each, effects of both ect..)
My mother is so far from technical is not even funny and the last thing I want to do is confuse her. Lol
Any links would be SO helpful!
