Hello guys,

I started another thread in the Tips and Tricks section --> http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/tips-tricks/19796-summer-coming-please-help-sand-storm.html

To keep things short the #1 advice that I received up to now regarding my little problem is to get a set of disposable PVs that would last for like a week.

Could you help me out with this choice...?

I`ve been reading reviews of the Health e-cigs from Dealextreme but cant actually decide what to get....

The best reviews for disposable PVs come for the Ruyan E-cigar which has a long lasting battery that actually dies at once and you throw it away...

So basically I`m looking for something like this but I don't really feel comfortable purchasing an e-cigar as I suppose (reading the threads about it) that it will give me a cigar taste... and I`m looking for a regular e-cig taste...

The thing is that proably I wont find a disposable PV that has a battery which is going to last for a week or a little bit more...am I??

Those health e-cigs from DX have poor battery life and last a day or too and they die (I`m not sure about this)... but if the disposable PV has a rechargeble battery that lasts for like an hour and then needs a recharge that`s not a good solution for me

Any ideas?

Invest in 2-3 Ruyan Jazz's. They are excellent, and I love the taste more than any other I have bought. Unfortunately, they do not last nearly as long as they say. If they did, I would keep buying them.

:D

Thank you so much in your quick reply... of course I will not be rushing my purchase and will consider other advises as well..

For now could you please recommend me a seller as well? (china preferable)

Also this ruyan jazz --- is it with a battery that lasts until it dies or it needs a recharge... and how long from your personal experience does it last?

I ordered from smokelesswonder.com. He shipped lightening fast, and he replaced a faulty one as soon as I let him know it did not work. The Jazz is $23.95 shipped and is completely disposable. Unfortunately, that price is too high for me since it does not last very long, but if I wanted a disposable, this would be the one. I believe the infamous Smoking Everywhere also has a disposable for $19.95, but I don't know anything about it. As for Chinese companies selling disposables, I'm not sure you could actually save any real money after shipping unless you were buying in bulk.

Sheri is right about the Ruyan Jazz. Excellent .. but pricey in the States. It does not recharge, nor refill. When it's done, it's done. Throw it in the trash and start another (or save it to sell in an antique store 10 years from now).

Gamucci has a new disposable, I've read, but I haven't tried it. It's been in the EU for awhile and just began selling in the U.S. Njoy is supposed to sell one overseas called the Weekender. Just an excellent idea. Perfect for use by travelers. If you have access to those, try one.

The Ruyan Jazz is sold at my small town, local tobacco shop, so I have never needed to order online.

Sure, just do what I do. Buy an e-cig and use it for a week or so. Then buy another model and use it for a week. And so on, and so on...

Aren't they ALL disposable? LOL

Sorry, I have nothing to offer re: disposables. Just thought I'd poke fun at myself...

I see, thanks for that info. As I`m located in the EU probably I`ll have to focus on and read some info for the Gamucci...

By the way folks, I just posted an add-on to my original thread here - it tells you why I started asking all these questions --- http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...ming-please-help-sand-storm-3.html#post332974

p.s. I posted this there as I wanted to keep this thread for Disposable PV recommendations only.

DSE 901 Battery: 9.00
DSE 901 ATTY 6.00
901 Cart .17
Total disposable cost: $15.17, but wait, you may not even have to dispose of it. Just clean it up when you return from the beach and it should be fine. There are no moving parts. Just TRY to keep sand out of the battery and atty and you should be good. If you end up dropping it in the sand, stepping on it and breaking it well then I guess you are out $15.17.

One last thought would be to use something like a water bottle (like the bicycle type) and modify to insert your e-cig into while leaving the cart end just sticking out the cap as a second layer of protection. (you can even add 1 or 2 small hole to the water bottle to allow some air in). Hey another idea would be to put some sort of air filter type foam over the hole on the atty or make a sleeve for the e-cig. As in combustion motor air filters the material might need to be slightly oiled to catch the fine particles.

I really think any of these measure are NOT necessary, just trying to throw out some more ideas for you.

///Cheers
