Help me choose new 18650's

I am running a 3 battery mod @ 0.15 ohms and vaping at 140w average. I currently have 9 of the HG2's, that i've had for a while, but I am wondering if there is something that will be better out there now. The HG2's seemed to have lost their capacity from when I first got them fairly quick, but still seemed like great batteries to me. Any recommendations?

The HG2 and Samsung 30Q are both great 20 amp 3000 mAh batteries, but all 18650s will lose capacity over time and will need to be replaced.
