Ive been looking for hours and there is too much of a smoke screen on the internet about these e-cigs. Im a casual smoker but when Im out, I smoke a lot (pack a day/night).

Here are my criteria for the perfect e-cig:

*Must look like a real white cigarette with red led tip
*Must be 2 piece design
*Must come with a charge case that looks like a real cardboard box cigarette case
*Must have automatic battery
*Must have relatively long lasting battery and cartomizers
*Must produce relatively good amount of vapor

Ive been searching for this mystery e-cig for hours and cant find anything that has all these features.. :(
Ive just been buried in online stores, crazy model numbers, and fake video reviews...

I just want to quit smoking! Help

I highly recommend you check out "The wonderful world of vaping" threads by DonDaBoomVape in the ECF Library forum. It gives a run down of all of the major brands, including mods, and an explanation of each. It may still be TMI, but it's helpful to sort through all of the options. I think the 510 cartomizer models are the closest to what you are looking for, and have a wide range of accessories to choose from. I'm not sure if someone sells the exact package you are looking for, but how long you want to search is up to you. You may want to invest low in a small package to start (two batteries, some cartomizers and a PCC) and go to a site like MadVapes, NHaler or CloudsofVapor to play with various cartomizer / atomizer / liquid combinations (Dual Coil, LR, etc.) to tailor your experience to your liking. YMMV, but a lot of people find that after a short while, the appearance (looking like a cigarette) doesn't matter nearly as much anymore, and they move to mods or larger units to get the function they are looking for. Avoiding a huge investment up front makes it a lot easier to change if you decide that's the route you want to go. If not, you can always add more of the same format supplies later.

I am sure you will get some model suggestions for what you are looking for.
I would just like to suggest that you continue reading and learning here about
ALL MODEL ecigs and others reviews of certain models.
One mistake some new users make....is wanting it to look like a real cig...
there are some drawbacks to that and some loss of performance when you go
that route.
There are several factors that contribute to good performance in a ecig.
One of those is battery size and output from that battery.
Typically....the smaller batteries , such as one that "looks like" a real cig....
will not give the satisfaction that the somewhat larger units that have a
larger battery will give. Now combine that with the fact that the smaller
batteries, will NOT last as long as the larger ones and you will more than
likely be charging the battery ALOT more.
If you move up in size...you probably will get more satisfaction and more
performance and will be a better performer to help you stop smoking.
I too....at first....thought I wanted one to look like a real cig.....but knowledge
is power....and they won't perform as well as others that do not look like a real
cig.
Also, go to YouTube. You will find just about every model out there and reviews.
Perhaps it will help you in your search.
Good Luck and glad you found your way here.....read and learn and Good Luck!!

it will be hard to get it all in one kit. if it has to be a cig looking one try the 510 mega. lasts a bit longer than the standard. here is a couple links for the stuff you would need

Somewhere out there
I would say a Volt or Halo G6, both are pretty close, I use the G6 when I use a slim model. They have PCC chargers that are not quite the same as a cigarette pack, but do charge them on the go. You will find like all of us did that once you get into vaping, what it looks like is not very important. I now use a GLV as well as G6, depends on what mood I am in, to what I use.
But for slim ecig I say G6 or Volt. bnrk

I agree, I have a Halo G6 and love it. As it just so happens, I am seriously considering stepping up to a GLV or iGo. Haven't decided which yet.

I vape a Smokessimage Volt and it is about the size of a "real" cig. It has satisfied my cravings for now, although I am busy looking at mods. The perfect vape for you is the one that keeps you off of cigarettes.

I agree :toast:

Well said Retriever. I think when we start out we all go through some experimentation as far as hardware and juices.
My G6 is "cigarette like" and satisfies my cravings but I'm researching different hardware and mods as well. You should definitely check out the Halo G6. I smoked analogs for 45 years and have been off them for almost a month using mine.

Here's a good review on it.

THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR SUGGESTIONS!!!

I have decided to go with the Nebula from Vapornine.
It fills all my criteria!

*Looks real/ has red LED
*2 piece design
*optional charge case (doesnt look like real cig pack but oh well -can get third party if i really want that)
*optional automatic battery
*everything ive read and heard points to the vapornine 808kr808 as having good battery life in the size e-cig that I want/ ive read that the vapornine "turbo" cartomizers are excellent and that they have great flavors as well
*lastly, ive read and heard the nebula produces a decent amount of vapor

All that, mixed with the reputation of great customer service from Vapornine and the fact that their kits come with 2 batteries and Im sold!

That's awesome that you found something you feel will help you quit smoking!

In about a month you might look back on this post and laugh a bit though.
Or you might not.

I'm thinking specifically that the "looks like the real thing" and the "automatic battery" might fall by the wayside.
That's the path that most of us take anyway, although certainly not all of us.

Good luck!
:)

I started with the green smoke kit and recently switched to smokeless image volt. I must say the volt performance is top notch and vapor production and battery life is superior. Really affordable top shelf analog style kit...huge bang for your Buck! Couldn't be more impressed

Sent from my Gin-Tazz the end pt 2 using Tapatalk

The Volt is probably one of the best of the mini battery sized models and I have recommended it to those who were very light smokers. But to say that the battery life is superior is just laughable and misleading.

Njoy from Walgreens...but you won't like it for very long. I suggest a DSE801 penstyle....a little longer and jazzyier colors but still automatic. Easy to refill but get a couple of them them so you don't run out (short battery life...I have four). IMO, you have to get over the "look like a analog" thing. Vaping is way cooler ;)
