Hi Guys,
I've been smoking for 17 years. I used to smoke a pack of regular Marlboro a day.
My last smoke was 61 days ago. I've been vaping happily since then :D

my setup consists on two KR8 4.2v (V2) with regular 1ml cartos and two 510-T with 1ml Eliq Carts

As for juice I've been mostly with V2 platinum juice (menthol, v2 red and sahara) at 18mg.
Now i'm lowering my nicotine to 11mg and Ive been trying some Chinese juice, Don't remember the brand but a red bull one with nice flavor but poor TH and vapor, Feellife coffee 11mg, great stuff!, Liqua citrus 9 mg, not bad but poor TH and Vapor, lIQUA Turkish (awful, tastes like baby powder)

I like the Throat Hit and vapor production and flavor intensity of v2 platinum juice as a hint but I need new flavors! I would like a remarkable Turkish tobacco flavor, something else around the lines of marlboro red but with a sweet flavor like butterscotch, something herbal and anything else connoisseurs consider as a must try.

I know I can mix my own juice but I prefer to stay with commercial formulas for now.

Thank you in advance also I need the suggested vendors with international Shipping :)

Happy to be here sharing vapor experiences with the community

Throat hit comes from two things: nicotine strength and warmth of the vapor from better batteries (higher voltage). Menthol will give you a throat sensation but not true throat hit. That may be all you need if you like menthol. But for most, to get good consistent throat hit, 16mg+ is preferred. If you have higher voltage batteries (5 volt or VV) you can off set the lack of nicotine strength to a degree but only to a small extent. Additives to eliquid DO NOT provide throat hit, plain and simple. They may provide throat irritation but not throat hit from nicotine and warmer vapor.

I use to smoke Marlboro and Kent. The closes eliquid I found (and I've tried about 200) to those brands was Janty's Kent (KNT) eliquid:

They actually have a menthol of KNT but I have never tried it.

Thank you very much for your suggestions and vw2win for the information, something really to consider!
Any suggestions about higher volt batteries for my setup?

Actually you can use any 5 volt or variable volt PV with KR808 cartomizers. You just need to use an adapter that cost $3.00. I would look at the EVO as a good next step up. It is a selectable/variable volt PV which makes it a little simpler. It has three settings: 3.9v, 4.5v and 5.0v. It's the size of a Kgo. It has gotten quite a few good reviews and is reasonable priced:

I bought an Ego-C and a Vapage V-Mod-XL out of the gate with no experience other than doing a lot of research here and everywhere; figuring out what would be best for me; and knowing I want to get off traditional cigs. I also ordered separately (from where these hardware orders were placed) some other eliquids touting "traditional" tobacco flavor"

I started with the Ego-C with some "prefilled" eliquid - AWFUL. Then used some of the eliquid I ordered separately - AWFUL. It all tastes like plastic.

I have not yet opened the Vapage unit b/c if I can't get it right on the Ego-C then my hopes for getting off the real cigs are not promising.

Is there a mentor out there who would be willing to take me on? I am a firm believer in giving back, so you can count on me to do the same going forward to the next newbie where ever I can.

I have just learned that some of the favors I hated are awesome at different temps. Like most vapers, I started with tobacco juice. Most of the Halo juices are good. Try Tribecca. If you have a LR carto, it seems better to me. BWB is highly recommended but my first order arrives tomorrow. I just hit a Americane VA Flue cured at 5V and loved it! I was going to throw it away after vaping it at 3.7V. Too many choices...too little time!

Good price, what do you think about the EVO 2.1 compared to the lava tube?
