What are you using now? I've been using a Halo Triton the past couple months, but I've been doing quite a bit of research for my next 'upgrade'. Right now I've got it narrowed down to three different choices:

1. Innokin iTaste SVD
2. Vamo V5
3. MVP 2.0

The first two require separate batteries (and a charger), and without knowing what you are currently using (and what you'd prefer), I would recommend the MVP 2. It's a box mod and you can get everything you need for around $40. For more info on it, check here - Innokin iTaste - MVP 2.0

DNA30 mod and a quality rba like the Rose, Kayfun, Taifun, or Flash-e-Vapor, and be vapin in Vape City.

Lots of quality ways to find the Great Vaper. Best is to see what's vaping, find something that will meet your vape goals and inclination, then go with quality gear. A collection starts with acquiring the first entrant.

Vape long and Prosper.!!!

Like everybody else has said really I'd go with the MVP 2.0 or a Vamo or SVD. Just depends really on your needs and your vaping habits. If you're a more heavy vaper I'd go with either the Vamo or SVD as you can just take the batteries out and recharge them. The MVP 2.0 has a built in 2600 battery that lasts most people all day but you have to charge the whole thing (granted I believe it has passthrough so you can vape while its charging).

You are using a 22mm mod at the moment, so going back to an eGo Twist, although it would give you a greater range of adjustment, would probably be a step back. I'd recommend the iTaste SVD, although there are comments about the fire button failing, I've had no problems so far. The nice thing about the SVD is that it uses separate batteries but it's telescopic, so you don't have to decide right away which size batteries you will end up using. I started out expecting to use 18650s, tried 18350, and I use 18490 every day now. Unless I need to hit the high power end, when I swap in a pair of 18350s.

Of course, using separate batteries means that you need the batteries and a good charger, which increases your start-up cost. But it isn't as much fiddle as I had expected it to be. In fact in general running it's probably easier than running eGos.

The MVP2 is probably a nice mod too, but it has an internal battery. You get twice the battery life of your X2 and more variable voltage and power, but when the battery dies so does the mod. It can charge your phone though.

Really depends on what type of device your looking for, I might suggest any decent variable voltage device with something like a protank 2 or 3 on it. I started out with a mechanical mod and a kayfun lite plus "probly over kill for most ppl starting out but awesome vape" however after buying multiple high end devices over the last few months I just got my GF setup with something simple. Got her a couple variable voltage 1300mah ego-T's and a couple protank mini 2's and I've found myself using one of hers more than any of my expensive stuff lol. So take that for what it's worth. I'm just surprised at how much I like the flavor from the mini 2.

Thanks man that really helped me out a lot and I'm really looking into the SVD. What mAh batteries do you use? And what's a good price for the mod?

Im fairly new to vaping. Started out with a ego c twist! Didn't last long and had to get something better. And right I'm using the Ego X6 mod. What would be the next step up?

With the iClear 30b tank

Innokin MVP2 and some new toppers. I like bottom coils, Kanger BCC--T3S or any of the protanks 2, Aspire BDC makes nice dual coil heads.

Good luck.

The SVD is at the top of my list at the moment, and here's everything I plan to get:

1. iTaste SVD Starter Kit (comes with 2 iClear30's) - $68.95 (without the iClear30's it's around $40-$45)
2. AW IMR Batteries (2 18350's and 2 18650's) ----- $40
3. Nitecore i4 v2 Charger ------------------------- $17.59
4. Protank II (2 or 3 of them, to learn rebuilding) -- $30-$45
5. Kanthal and Wicking Material ------------------ $15-$20

Feel free to PM me and I will give you the links/info on where I found these prices.

Thanks man do you think the MVP 2 would definitely be a step up from my X6?

I've been vaping for 4.5 years and have several mods, including a ProVari. I can tell you honestly that right now, my MVP is the one I reach for most often. It's just a joy to use, the interface is easy and user friendly, it comes with dual 510/eGo connection, variable power, and 2,600 mAh capacity. And you can vape while it charges. And it will also charge your phone (unless you happen to have an iPhone 5, like I do.) And the vape quality is superb. What's not to like? And it can be had for 40 bucks.

Cons? Some people complain that the 11w-5v limit is too restrictive. I understand, but since I never need any more power than that, I'm happy.

As always, YMMV. :D
