How many different strengths and flavors have you tried?

Wowboy is one of my favorite flavors. Make sure yours is strong enough, as mentioned. At least 24 mg.
Here's another thought: Try a manual battery. Depress the button a second or two before drawing on it. You will probably find it gives you a better and fuller hit than an auto. I used to be all-auto and slowing have come back to manuals.
Even some 36 mg liquid isn't a bad idea. For times when you're having your worst cravings.

I was pack pack and half day Newport 100 smoker now. Started with 36mg prefilled carts now am doing blank carts with 24 mg juice. Doesnt seem like a lot of juice suppliers do a 36mg juice. Why?
Some of us need a little extra something to supplement vaping and some people quit while vaping and never look back. We're all different. If you're getting plenty of vapor and have tried bumping up the nicotine already you might need some of what is missing in the vapor (and you get with smoking) called whole tobacco alkaloids (WTA).
I'm one of those who needed to get my happy back in order to leave cigs and stay sane (though, when things get mega stressed, I still have one here and there... oh wells!). I used to love running the KR808d-1 batts. w/ a Lo-resistance Joye510 atty (you need an adapter: 901/kr808 battery to 510 atty).
Get a little liquid w/ some VG (vegetable glycerin) & that little monster used to crank plumes of warm, tastey vapor! NOTHING wispy like the the vid @ V4L!
The experience of that eventually led me to the gear I use now... which is in my sig. YMMV Good luck!

Well first, congrats on cutting down on the cigs that's an accomplishment all by itself. Wowboy is a great flavor I only wish they sold it in a 50 gallon barrel. I don't think there is anything unusual with your experience. Not everybody instantly quits cigs the day their kit arrives and going from 30 to 10 isn't exactly any kind of failure. Smart move going from pre-filleds to blanks and Juice, pre-filleds are cool to try new flavors, but Cool Cartos and Juice are the best way to vape while saving some $$$.
I was Camel/Marlboro 1-1.5 p-a-d smoker and never cared for menthols over the last 30 years, but I got a sampler of Nuport and really liked it. Have you tried the Nuport Premium or Wow yet? Wowboy is rather light when it comes to punch and throat hit, I think of all the tobacco/menthol flavors the Nuport is the closest to real thing, better than the Dunhill Menthol in my opinion. Whenever I want that true ciggie taste and a good punch to my lungs I fill a Cool Carto with Nuport which instantly fills that ciggie void.
There are several Custom Juice houses that carry 36mg, but I agree with Hoosier that this might just be a "finding your flavor" issue.

Thanks everyone. I did have the Nuport 36 pre filled carts but wasnt crazy about them. I have Peppermint Wow and didnt find that one to be great either. Is there a swap shop to trade stuff? Or maybe I'll experiment with Wowboy/ Peppermint mix!
Never tried Wow Boy, however, depressing the button on a manual does give you a richer fuller flavor.
You might want to try dripping that was the only way I was able to completely quit real cigs. Carts just don't provide the TH, flavor or vapor I needed to quit. Only drip when using the manual battery though. Don't try dripping with an auto or you might destroy the battery. I was 1 1/2 PAD Marlboro lt. smoker and it took me about a month of vaping to completly quit smoking.
i think it is in the juice,i did stop the cigs when i got my e cig,i got the genesis from madhattercig.com and so far i found i needed a strong juice flavor wise for the morning and after meals.24 mg of the atomic cinnacide from tastyvapor.us was working.but my atty burnt up and i made it a week smoke free. but i couldnt take it anymore.all my stuff arrived at the house after i left and i cant find anyone near me that sells the 510 atty or cartos.or anyone that has one that i can pay to bring one to me.i dont go home for another 2 weeks.i swear im ordering a bunch of stuff and taking it all wiht me this time.if anyone can help im a truck driver and im in toledo ohio right now, ill be in groveport ohio tommorrow and then atlanta ga the next day....please if anyone can help let me know
I got to where you are and what got me over the hump of those last 3-4 a day was getting a good 5 volt PV that provided much better throat hit and consistency for about 6 straight hours on a charge.
Regardless of the road you choose, its the experience as a "whole" that will define your habits. Whether its low reistance atties, or cartos, or standard carts, they all take a liquid, and it all needs to match up right for you to find your sweet spot. Just experiment. Try a 36 mg on regular atty or carto, and that should do it..or a 24mg on low resistance, but thats got kick..dare not do 36 on low resistance. Youll hit a few slumps on bad days until you get your groove where you know just how much you can chief on your e cig to satisfy the demons without going overboard. A simple setup with some spare 36 mg liquid works just as well as the heavy duty setups that are more costly. But your first goal is to find your nic level that satisfies on whatever unit youve got, then tweek away little by little till you find that perfect vape that you can do just for fun. Just keep it simple and reliable to start.
Not many brick and mortar 510 dealers...I can only suggest stocking up from cignot.com. Get you a truck setup..3 batts, attomisers and cartos, charger etc.....Juice is a tossup. If its affordable, Id hit up 3 to 4 vendors, at least 2 flavors each in 15 ml. What you dont like, you can throw in the classifieds. I can recommend highly admired vendors for all to help slow the searching to a screeching halt. The truck stops only carry super mini stuff, and that just wont do. So, lesson learned on stock here..so get it bought, get it here, and next round out will be easier on you and the pocket book.

Ok, after seeing the madhatter site, I say go to cignot.com, and stock up on 510 or ego items...3 batteries, 5 atties, 2 chargers, adaptor for truck if needed, 10 carts, 10 cartos (syringe if needed), and 60 ml of liquids stock(cignot or others). Might be sticky on cost, but you'll thank me later, and you wont be caught in the same spot for quite a while.

thanks,i got extra chargers and batterys and cartos at the house,ill check that site out,the attys i ordered from nhaler didnt work when i got them so,i had only one and that one stopped working.i got the njoy from the truck stop.but it would be easier to suck a golf ball thru a straw after using the genesis with an atty.and i have 200 ml of juice in the truck right now.i have to order more.i was doing good and feeling good till the atty died .then i became a basket case.got cigs cause i cant drive the truck when im stressed.i drive team with hubby so im never in one place long enought to have my stuff shipped some where.so wish i was in maryland right now.my friend tink has everything i could possible need.thank you
