as stated in a previous thread, new to mechanical mods.

i do plan on getting into RBAs once this semester's over, but until then, i'm going to be dripping on the sig8 (once it arrives) with a bridgeless 510 cisco-spec 1.5 ohm atomizer. i wanted to get the HH.357 long barrel, but they're out of stock.

anyway, school me on batteries. i want to run 18350s, i know that much.

so, AW IMR? and what's a good charger? and should i get a multi-meter? etc etc

any advice on anything - batteries or otherwise - is greatly appreciated.

cheers!

If you are seriously planning on RBA's a multimeter is almost "must have" type of gear. Me? I use my Vamo! Under $40, acts as a backup vape device, can read remaining battery strength and coil resistance (even atty's coiled too low for it to fire) and honestly it's easier to use than the multimeter I have.

IMR, any good brand of IMR, are highly recommended. I use Panasonics but AW is a good brand too. Pick up a tube of "Noalox" or the like too for the threads. My local hardware store didn't have Noalox but rather a product called "Ox-Gard". It acts like a grease and improves conductivity as well.

By the way the #8 is my first mech and I absolutely *love* it! :)
