Help me top a 350 ego!

So I just received these 2 little guys, and right now I have one with a simple evod tank.

Should I go for one of those IBTanked cartos or is there anything else? I want to keep one just for a backup battery. These are my current setups and they are working just fine.

Evod 650s w/ 3.5ml aspire bdc's (Five Pawns Castle Long and Suicide Bunny Mothers Milk), Ego 350 w/ evod tank (some old Vape Dojo vanilla custard that I hope to finish tonight), and a Grand Vapor Private clone with an unassuming RDA (Revitalize - Blue Dream).

I've never messed with carto tanks so I have a bit of a learning curve. But, i do like having a stealth setup.

An IBtanked 15mm standard is a great backup. I have one in the glove box as we speak.
