Boil a cigar.

Boil a cigar?

THAT is your solution?

Hmm... I think it's time for people to get serious.

In a very short amount of time you're all going to be screaming when you can't get e-juice with nicotine in it anymore in the states.

I have been discussing this subject now for over a week and have had NO intelligent responses thus far.

Seriously... Be proactive... Put some serious thought into this before it's to late to sit and ponder.

You will NOT get pure nicotine on an open market. It is deadly poison, a true assassin's weapon. If the end comes, you will vaporize flavored PG or VG and wear a patch.

Habit and addiction satisfied. Money paid. Government happy.

Or you can go back to tobacco, for all they care. But you won't be mixing home brews with real nicotine in your hazmat kitchen.

I wouldn't put it past people, they tend to be very dumb in mass lol. However, since its new ground, someone might come up with something genius, you never know. I have decided to grow my own tobacco, because they are pretty plants and then I can extract my flavoring with no other muddle. I can perfect zero nic sweet flavors but getting a tobacco flavor is hard. Youre right tho- The ecig can still be a very usuful tool to quit smoing with the use of NRT and vapor- I dont think we should discount its uses even without nicotine added. baby steps, many years down I really see an RX company seeing the value and $$ in this thing, and liquid nicotine might be put out on shelves with the backing of big pharm.

Just ask yourself how much you'll be willing to pay for nic juice. If the FDA is going to regulate nicotine, that means your not going to be getting liquid nic without being licensed for distribution and or taxed per ml. of juice. Maybe take this opportunity to start weaning one's self off nicotine, when I started 4 months ago, I was into the 36, I'm down to about 16, I'm aiming for 0 within the year. My personal goal was to quit smoking, not replace with vaping. I will know that goals been accomplished when I sell all my paraphernalia on the forum and finally get on to using my money for something more useful in my life instead of a crutch for my addiction. In my opinion, this isn't about protecting any of us from possible dangers of vaping, it's about replacing lost tax revenue from so many tobacco quitters.

It is likely that all NRT delivery systems will be more effective if used as intended than in some homebrew extraction scheme. With a patch, you'll get a soaked and ruined patch and some PG that might or might not have much nicotine, but not enough to make you happy. There have been some downright silly ideas posted on this forum about using NRT as a source of nicotine to be added to PG or VG. You like throwing money away that way? Go right ahead. Better to use an alternative for nicotine and a zero-nic e-cig for vapor visuals.

At this point I am forced to conclude that this impending "ban" is a pile of (insert expletive here) and that we are all running around in panic like a bunch of fools...........

On the plus side, I now have to make no more ecig purchases for 2 years............

Are you serious? You stocked up that much? What'd you get?
