Yes you can use your Blu cartos on the Tornado. I currently have a BLU menthol on my Tornado and it lasts about 2 days for me!

Good to know! I'm having a hell of a time finding juices I like as much as the Blu cartos Vanilla and Cherry are outstanding, though they have little to know throat hit, I find them very sweet and accurate.
