First im sorry for my bad English. I using kanthal 28g for serpent mini and i do mtl. I love creamy juice so how do i build my coil for serpent mini. I want to get the creamy, flavor and decrease the nicotine level.

I could be reading you wrong - apologies if I have.
Build coils between 0.9 - 1.2 ohms, turn down the voltage to get around 12 watts, stick with 16 - 18 strength juice and you'll probably vape less.

Im trying to quit smoke and decrease the nicotine level from salt nic to freebase juice. And i would like to ask how to build the coil to get the creamy flavor from some juice like bean head

The current trend tends to be towards coil builds with very low resistence - well under 1 ohm used with a lot of power 20, 30, 40 watts and above and featuring juices with a low nicotine strength.
These type of builds produce a lot of vapour. use a lot of juice but to my mind the court is out with regard to the flavour they offer.
I was given the atomiser in the first picture by a friend some time ago. It's drip tip is as wide as a cannon mouth and it is a big beast - so logically you would not expect it to be a flavour monster ... but it is, because I built it a simple single coil using 28 Kanthal at 1.2 ohms, set it at 3.7 volts/11.4 watts and use it with a home brew fruit/menthol juice at 16 strength.
I've never needed to chain vape it. Personally I also think flavour is partially governed by how an atomiser is vaped. For me I take it slowly, maybe drawing in for about 4 seconds, holding the vape in my mouth and lungs for another four and then letting the vape out slowly concentrating on savouring each puff.

Have you played with coil placement? Raising or lowering coil just a mm or so makes a difference, same with wicking. It's tedious but worth taking the time to change just one thing at a time. For example just push the coil a little lower and vape for a while.
There is one often forgotten thing (I forgot to mention it myself, until rummageing through my "spares box" and spotted the old Lemo Drip tip which I'd kept) the drip tip can dramatically affect how flavour emerges or doesn't.
Many of the newer atties on the market feature big wide open chuffing tips which while great for clouds aren't so good for flavour. Drip tips are cheap - try one with a narrower bore and experiment with them - you might find that helps greatly.
