I can't really tell the difference..its almost like its just a hair of a millimeter difference in diameter. On the defective one...certain atomizers wouldn't thread at all...at best i got a half of a turn thread. It was strange. The new one threads all the way down using the same atomizers.

What are you talking about? I was saying the post here in the states seems to be running pretty quick these days. I don't really know what your problem is.... and what the heck is an addenda....?

Addenda doesn't fit in the context of his post as it means multiple additions (usually to a document).

I suspect he means agenda although I can't see what yours might be.
