HELP! My Silver bullet broke

I have a silver bullet with the single atty connector. The center pin isolator fell apart in it. Any one now how to the top section apart so i can desolder the center pin and put in a new isolator?

Chad is the man, and they DO definitely stand behind their work. I had an issue with my BB and the turn around on the repair was insanely fast.

The SB is not user serviceable so you'll have to contact Altsmoke and see about repair.
