Help!!!! need to find replacement pyrex glass tube!

I have a small problem i bought a 3ml rev DCT tank from vaperev.com about 2 weeks ago and already broke the pryrex glass sleeve and im having a hard time finding a replacement. Do they make replacements? Will a cirrus tank fit the same? Where can i find one? Would really like to find one so that the $40 i spent on this DCT pyrex tank doesn't go to waste, please help!!!!!

First thing I would try would be to send an email to vaperev. They have probably dealt with this kind of thing before. If they can't get you a spare, they might be able to put you in touch with someone who can.

Vaperev says their inner dia. is 15.6mm, IBTanked has 18mm OD with 1.2mm walls, that makes 15.6mm ID.
